New Home Program

If you are a home builder and you build with energy efficiency in mind, you may qualify for incentives up to $1,500 through TVA and Cleveland Utilities' New Homes Program. Building energy efficient homes results in homeowners having peace of mind they have a home they can depend on to be ready to use energy wisely. This program is available for single-family homes and duplexes that are less than one year old, meet local building codes and have qualified equipment installed.
